About the Position
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will involve helping customers via phone, email, and potentially chat. Depending on the company, work tasks may vary from answering incoming calls to having a more administratively coordinating role.

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.

• Receiving, managing, and handling customer feedback.
• Continuous improvement of work methods and processes.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience in service work, preferably in customer service or sales. Furthermore, we expect you to be fluent in English as you will be handling customer inquiries globally. We also seek someone with good computer skills who can easily learn new programs and systems. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is meritorious.
