Apply today! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Customer Service Representative with a sales focus at Elfa, you will be an important part of our customer-oriented team. You will have overall responsibility for selected customers and projects, from quote requests to delivery, working both administratively and in a sales-driven manner. You will be the link between the customer, the sales organization, and internal functions, contributing to creating a smooth customer experience and strong relationships. Main responsibilities include: • Managing order reception, registration, and follow-up of customer orders via CRM and digital portals. • Handling inquiries, requests, and complaints from resellers, customers, and consumers regarding products, deliveries, returns, and invoices. • Creating quotes and supporting documentation, as well as proposals and solutions, and then following up on quotes with customers. • Working closely with Key Account Managers and sales representatives to develop customer relationships and drive sales. • Being responsible for communication with builders, construction companies, property managers, resellers, and home manufacturers. • Contributing to the improvement of processes, routines, and tools, and working towards the department's common goals. You play a key role in the company with multiple points of contact, which you enjoy and which suits both your professional and personal profile. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS To thrive in the role of Customer Service Representative, you are a team player who truly values high service quality and has a clear sales inclination. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, focusing on both communication and long-term relationships. We are looking for someone who: • Has previous experience in customer service, order administration, or sales support/internal sales – preferably in a product-intensive environment. • Is sales-oriented and service-minded with a strong ability to create long-term customer relationships. • Works in a structured and precise manner and can manage multiple cases simultaneously. • Has good system skills, particularly with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). • Has excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • Knowledge of German, French, or Danish is an advantage. • Has a positive, proactive attitude and enjoys teamwork. • Ideally has experience in reading drawings or interpreting project documentation within the construction industry.
