We are looking for someone who wants to strengthen our client, an established player in the pension industry, by receiving and managing incoming phone calls in a professional, service-oriented, and efficient manner. This is a consulting assignment with an immediate start.
**About the Role**
In your role, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle incoming calls, answer questions, and guide customers in a safe and clear manner. The role requires good communication skills, attentiveness, and a genuine interest in providing service.
**Qualifications**
We prefer that you have:
- Experience working with occupational pensions
- Knowledge of BTP and FTP
- Knowledge of ITP
- Previous experience in customer service or telephone work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to remain calm, structured, and solution-oriented even in a fast-paced environment
