CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE FOR ELFA IN MALMÖ Are you a communicative and solution-oriented customer service professional who is confident in handling technical inquiries, quote requests, and drawing materials? Are you experienced in guiding both builders and consultants in the right direction and creating a smooth customer journey from the first contact? Then you might be Elfa's new customer service representative focused on projects. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Customer Service Representative with a sales focus at Elfa, you will be an important part of our customer-oriented team. You will have overall responsibility for selected customers and projects, from quote requests to delivery, and will work both administratively and in a sales-driven manner. You will be the link between the customer, the sales organization, and internal functions, contributing to a smooth customer experience and strong relationships. Main responsibilities include: • Responsible for order reception, registration, and follow-up of customer orders via CRM and digital portals. • Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints from retailers, customers, and consumers regarding products, deliveries, complaints, and invoices. • Create quotes and quote materials, as well as proposals and solutions, and subsequently follow up on quotes with customers. • Work closely with Key Account Managers and sales representatives to develop customer relationships and drive sales. • Responsible for communication with builders, construction companies, property managers, retailers, and house manufacturers. • Contribute to the improvement of processes, routines, and tools, and work towards the department's common goals. You have a key role in the company with multiple points of contact, which you enjoy and which suits both your professional and personal profile. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS To thrive in the role of Customer Service Representative, you are a team player who truly values high service quality and has a clear sales orientation. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, with a focus on communication and long-term relationships. We are looking for someone who: • Has previous experience in customer service, order administration, or sales support/inside sales – preferably in a product-intensive environment. • Is sales-oriented and service-minded with a strong ability to create long-term customer relationships. • Works in a structured and careful manner and can handle multiple cases simultaneously. • Has good system proficiency, particularly with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). • Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • Knowledge of German, French, or Danish is an advantage. • Has a positive, proactive attitude and enjoys collaborating in a team. • Ideally has experience in reading drawings or interpreting project documentation within the construction industry.
