Bredband2 is Sweden's third-largest provider of fiber-based services, supplying over half a million customers with internet access both at home and at work every day. They offer user-friendly communication services such as internet, telephony, data centers, and mobile broadband to both private and business customers. In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills as well as your ability to engage with customers. Over time, you will participate in additional training in areas such as invoicing, email, and chat support. In your daily work, you will receive close coaching and support from your immediate team leader, where both work and well-being are discussed. A good working environment and development are highly prioritized. Your own ideas and initiatives are warmly welcomed to improve work processes. The main tasks will involve handling incoming phone calls from private customers and eventually managing inquiries via email and chat. Your most important responsibility will be to provide customers with the best possible service and assist them based on their needs. You will also work with technical support, troubleshooting, and various administrative tasks related to phone calls. This is a direct recruitment process, meaning that StudentConsulting manages the recruitment process, but you will be directly employed by Bredband2. Working hours are scheduled during office hours, Monday to Friday, but weekend work may also occur. The position is full-time, starting on January 21, 2026.
