About the Position
As a customer service representative at Releasy, you will:
- Represent Releasy and our client Telia, one of Sweden's most successful companies in the IT and telecom industry.
- Be the primary contact point for customers via phone calls. Other communication channels like chat and email may also be used.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve potential issues with a focus on meeting customer needs.
- Actively work on upselling and deliver solutions that make a difference for the customer.
- Focus on service and support, including administration and invoice-related questions about our customers' services and subscriptions.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and guide customers through various processes.
- Work actively to ensure high customer satisfaction and create memorable experiences for our customers.
To ensure a good introduction to the work, the employment begins with 30 days of training combined with practical work. It is a constantly learning and developing environment where you will learn new things and grow over time.
The position is a permanent employment that starts with a 6-month probationary period. Working hours vary within the project's operating hours, which are Monday-Friday 08:00-19:15 and Saturday 09:00-17:15. Training start date is 2025-11-28.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
- Good English skills both verbally and in writing
- Good computer and system competence
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is meritorious
