About this role

We are currently looking for more amazing customer service representatives for our office in Lindholmen, Gothenburg! Are you seeking an energetic and developing workplace? If so, you might be the right person for our team! **Job Responsibilities** In your role as a customer service representative, you will assist customers with various payment solutions. Your task will be to deliver top-notch customer service, and your day will be filled with inquiries regarding invoices and payment reminders. The work will primarily involve incoming calls, but emails may also be part of your responsibilities. Customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 22:00. Therefore, your shifts will include daytime and evening hours. The position begins with a paid training program where you will learn both the technical aspects of the job and how to provide the best customer service. **About You** At Foundever, we believe that your personality is more important than your qualifications, and therefore we do not require previous work experience.
