Customer Service Representative for a Large Company in Payment Solutions

If so, you might be the right person for our team! **Job Responsibilities** In your role as a customer service representative, you will assist customers with various payment solutions. Your task will be to deliver top-notch customer service, and your day will be filled with inquiries regarding invoices and payment reminders. The work will primarily involve incoming calls, but emails may also be part of your responsibilities. Customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 22:00. Therefore, your shifts will include daytime and evening hours.
