Customer Service Representative for Exciting Assignment in the Housing Industry!
We are currently seeking a dedicated and positive customer service representative for a rental assignment with our client in the housing sector. Responsibilities
• Respond to general inquiries about rentals and how to apply for housing.
• Receive and manage questions from tenants, housing applicants, and other stakeholders.
• Provide clear and accurate status updates on ongoing matters.
• Receive maintenance requests and ensure they are handled appropriately.
• Manage key and access card handling.
• Handle payment matters such as rent payments, maintenance, and optional orders.
• Draft and administer contracts for parking spaces and storage units.
• Process terminations of housing, parking spaces, and storage units.
Qualifications and Attributes
We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of customer service and preferably experience from an organization with a strong customer focus. You are communicative and attentive, meeting customers with great empathy. Your work style is characterized by joy, simplicity, and engagement. As a person, you are open and positive, enjoy working in a team, and also take responsibility independently by seeing what needs to be done.
• Secondary education or equivalent experience.
• You express yourself clearly in both speech and writing.
• B driver's license.
• Good computer skills.
Meritorious
• Experience in the housing industry is a plus but not a requirement.
Additional Information
• Working hours are Monday to Friday, between 07:00-15:30 or 07:30-16:00. The assignment starts immediately and is suitable for those who want to make a difference for both customers and colleagues every day.
• For the first 6 months, you will be employed by us at Nordic Staffing & Recruitment, after which your employment will transition to our client.
• This is a temporary assignment with the possibility of extension.
