The company is one of the largest call center operations in Sweden. It has an established name in the industry and handles external support for large, well-known companies. The company offers a wide range of assignments, and for the right person, there are great opportunities for advancement within the company. We are now seeking 3 customer service representatives for one of the company's largest customers. The customer is one of Sweden's largest telecommunications and mobile broadband operators. You will work in the save desk department, whose main task is to help customers who want to terminate their subscription, and if possible, try to get the customer to reconnect with the operator. The job involves receiving calls from customers who wish to cancel their subscription. When opportunities arise, you will work to retain the customer. The majority of the work consists of assisting customers with their service inquiries. We are looking for: - Someone with good service skills and a willingness to help people - Someone who is social and enjoys making contact with people - Has an interest in achieving good results and strives to reach excellent performance No previous experience is required, but of course, it is advantageous.
