We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills, experienced in working with various case management systems, and comfortable using the telephone as your primary work tool. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and ready to provide top-tier service.

Responsibilities
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide top-tier customer service via phone, chat, and email
• Answer questions, resolve problems, and provide clear instructions
• Administer and document cases in various case management systems
• Escalate or forward cases to the appropriate person or department as needed
Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service or another service-oriented role
• Comfortable using the telephone as a work tool
• Strong administrative skills and experience with various case management systems
• Distinctly service-oriented, solution-focused, and communicative
• Excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written
