About the position
As a customer service representative, you will be the face of the company and responsible for providing professional support to customers via phone, email, or chat. The tasks may vary depending on the assignment but often include answering questions, managing orders, solving problems, and providing advice on products or services. You will be employed by Poolia and work as a consultant with one of our partner companies. Who are you?

• Previous experience in customer service or service roles
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
