In the role of customer service representative, you will handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email. You will often be the customer's first point of contact with the company, which means you must be service-oriented and skilled at communication. We are looking for a driven and solution-oriented individual who can offer customers tailored solutions to their requests.
