We are currently seeking new colleagues for DHL Freight's customer service department in Jönköping!
The team consists of approximately 50 employees who handle all customer service for their international transports. You will manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat – both from corporate clients and DHL's own offices across Europe.
Here, you will be the central contact for corporate clients and DHL colleagues. Your responsibility is to address and resolve all questions related to transports, whether they arise before, during, or after delivery. This is done via phone, email, and chat. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to build strong relationships and collaborate closely with various functions within DHL Freight. Your work is an important part of their pursuit of continuous efficiency and improvement. Your start will begin with a tailored introduction to quickly familiarize you with systems and workflows. DHL Freight employs a structured approach where you start specializing in a knowledge area and then gradually broaden your expertise. You will be part of a team that collectively drives both itself and the entire customer service forward.
As a customer service representative, you will:
• Handle and resolve inquiries from corporate clients regarding all matters related to international transports.
• Use systems to quickly provide service and solve problems.
• Collaborate closely with other functions within the company.
Your primary tools are the phone, computer, and your ability to communicate. Therefore, you need to be comfortable working in various systems and enjoy juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.
To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you:
• Have a high school education or equivalent.
• Have good computer and system skills.
• Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar field.
• Preferred: Experience in the logistics industry.
We are looking for a collaborative person with strong communication skills. You are passionate about providing excellent service by being attentive and available to the customer. You are also structured and meticulous, able to prioritize and remain solution-focused even when the pace is high and demands vary.
The employment begins as a consultancy assignment for six months, with good opportunities to subsequently be hired directly by the client. The position starts in mid-January and is located in Jönköping. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
