Job Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and SMS.
• Provide support and guidance on credit-related matters.
• Contact customers to follow up on collection cases.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Relevant education in customer service or administration.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or similar role.
• Experience managing incoming and outgoing calls.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Valid driver's license (B-class).
