JOB DESCRIPTION As an administrator at Stockholm Water and Waste, you are the face of the company. Our customer service is the first point of contact for all incoming inquiries, where we handle up to 90% of all questions and requests. This can range from waste sorting to assisting customers in ordering new services. The tasks are varied and include a lot of administrative work as well as customer contact via phone and our e-services. We have a rotating schedule each week that allocates your tasks. Our phone lines are open for customers on weekdays from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Inquiries vary in time and complexity. This position is a temporary contract lasting until the end of January 2027, based at our headquarters in Ulvsunda, Bromma. Your main responsibilities include: • Staffing the phone and email channels and managing incoming mail for Customer Service • Administering work orders, new customers, ownership changes, and subscription orders • Managing billing of our fees and handling pricing inquiries, invoicing questions, and address changes • Providing administrative support for meter changes that have gone wrong • Administration of fire hydrant meters • Answering all questions regarding recycling and sorting • Handling reports of delivery disruptions for waste and water • Responding to general inquiries about the business QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a strong sense of service who sees every customer interaction as an opportunity to create a positive experience. You are flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and feel comfortable working both independently and in a team. Furthermore, you communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. A positive attitude and a desire to develop make you a perfect fit for our team! We are looking for someone who has: • At least six months of experience in customer service or another service profession involving intensive work periods/high pressure • Good computer skills with experience working in multiple IT systems simultaneously • An ability to learn new IT systems quickly • Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, and can be understood and understand English in both spoken and written form It is an advantage if you have any experience or understanding of our industry related to water, waste, and the environment.
