About the position:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first contact for our customers, both private and corporate. You will provide service and manage incoming inquiries from the city's citizens, tourists, and businesses. You will work closely with colleagues within the city's contact center and internally with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance.
The work is based on our core values: engagement, customer focus, simplicity, and smart solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction, equal treatment, and efficient handling of incoming inquiries.
Main responsibilities:
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person visits.
• Provide information on topics such as parking regulations and fees.
• Handle issues related to invoices and control fees.
• Receive and forward incoming reports of faults and feedback.
• Stay updated and absorb information from other departments.
• Be attentive to customer feedback and experiences and relay their comments.

Education and qualifications:
• High school education and work experience in customer service.
• Excellent ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and technical systems.
• Solution-oriented and customer-focused with a collaborative spirit.
• A driver's license is required.
