As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact and enjoy a varied role focused on service, problem-solving, and collaboration! About the Position: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first contact for our customers, both private and business clients. You will provide service and handle incoming inquiries from the city's residents, tourists, and businesses. You will work closely with colleagues in the city's contact center (KC) and internally with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance. The work will be based on our core values of commitment, customer focus, simplicity, and smart solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction, equal treatment, and efficient handling of incoming inquiries. Key Responsibilities: • Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person visits. • Provide information about parking rules and fees. • Handle invoice questions and control charges. • Receive and forward error reports and feedback. • Stay updated and absorb information from other departments. • Be attentive to customer opinions and experiences and relay their feedback. Responsibilities and Authorities: Follow guidelines, routines, and processes within the company, as well as our vision "We offer smart parking solutions for an attractive city." Education and Competence: • High school education and work experience in customer service. • Excellent ability to express oneself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English. • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and technical systems. • Solution-oriented and customer-focused with ease of collaboration.
