You provide professional support and service to citizens and businesses, primarily via phone and email. The work consists of half customer calls and half case management, which provides good variety in your daily work. You will work in multiple systems and interfaces simultaneously, which requires you to be comfortable quickly finding and interpreting information. Working Hours: Weekdays 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Flexibility: Possibility to work remotely up to three days per week. Works on tax and fee collection, vehicle registration, e-services, and producing various cards and certificates.
