Job Responsibilities
As an administrator and customer service representative, you will:
• Publish advertisements and information on our website and other platforms.
• Receive and respond to emails and phone calls from customers.
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar and meeting planning.
• Participate in customer meetings and internal meetings.
• Work on basic marketing tasks.
• Perform various administrative tasks in the office.
• Work daily in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Requirements
• Proficiency in Swedish at least at the level of Swedish 2.
• Very good proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Education in marketing or customer service, or equivalent experience.
• Good experience in customer contact and administrative work.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
Meritorious
• Experience working with websites or publishing systems.
• Experience in booking, scheduling, or digital customer communication.
• Ability to speak Arabic.
