In recent years, we have grown rapidly in both the private and corporate sectors, and our broad expertise and skilled employees have helped us gain many recurring and new customers, securing several large, prestigious projects.
We are now seeking a Customer Service Representative in Helsingborg with experience in switchboard operations, coordination, logistics, and administration. You should have drive and a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you interact with technicians, administrative staff, suppliers, and subcontractors. In close collaboration with Sales and Service Departments, your main tasks will involve meeting our customers via phone and email. You will continuously schedule service assignments for cooling technicians and installers, and serve as a key interface with our customers. This role requires accuracy, social skills, and a service-oriented mindset. While experience in HVAC, Solar, or Cooling industries is advantageous, it is not a specific requirement.
