ABOUT THE POSITION
In this role, you will be the central point of contact for answering finance-related questions from both internal and external customers via email and phone. You will handle everything from invoice and payment inquiries to managing other administrative tasks. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have experience with administrative tasks
- Possess good system proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems, as you will be managing multiple systems simultaneously
- Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the work
It is advantageous if you have
- Previous experience working in customer service or a job where telephone was the primary tool
- Previous work experience in finance
