Customer Support Professional - Financial Sector in Stockholm

Scope: Full-time, office hours 8-17, working from client's office
About the Role
As a Customer Support Professional, you will be the face of the company, handling both customer inquiries and administrative tasks, always focused on delivering a positive and professional experience! You will work closely with the team, where collaboration, high service orientation, and an open communication culture are key. Together, you will work towards common goals while also having clear individual responsibilities and areas of focus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and emails
• Depot and contract management
• Provide support regarding company services and products
• Answer questions about depots, reports, and emissions
• Administrative and office support
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Minimum high school diploma, preferably in economics or similar
• 1-2 years of customer contact experience, ideally from retail, hotel, restaurant, or similar service industry
• Driven, solution-oriented, and structured
• Strong communication skills, inquisitive, and able to build customer relationships
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
A genuine interest in service is key to success in this role! You must be able to take clear ownership of your work and drive tasks forward with commitment and a sense of responsibility.
