Your Role As a Customer Support Manager, you will be a key person between technology, sales, and end-users. You will be responsible for planning and conducting training both internally and externally, and you will build valuable relationships with colleagues at Saab as well as our customers and partners globally. You will work in the Product Management section within the Product Unit Carl-Gustaf, part of the Business Unit Ground Combat. You will support our sales organization with your operational and tactical experience, convey military knowledge, and enhance understanding of how our products are used in operational environments, in various countries’ defense, and across different types of units. By being present in the field and close to the user, you will transform real experiences into relevant training, technical information, and user support. You will also contribute directly to our product development, as your insights into users' needs, operational scenarios, and technical challenges will guide projects from idea to finished product. Your main responsibilities will include: * Planning, customizing, and leading training sessions, both internally and externally * Building and maintaining relationships with customers, instructors, and users * Supporting the sales organization in technical, tactical, and operational matters * Contributing to product development with insights from military operations * Ensuring that users receive the right knowledge, at the right time, in the right way * Collaborating with the communications department in the production of marketing materials The position is based at our office in Karlskoga. Travel, both national and international, occurs regularly. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, learning, and creating value for customers and colleagues. We believe you have a solid background from the Armed Forces or other military operations, preferably combined with experience in training on grenade launchers, anti-tank weapons, and missile systems. As a person, you are pedagogical, responsive, and confident in presenting and training various audiences, from engineers to officers and decision-makers. You manage projects independently and thrive on taking responsibility while valuing collaboration and common goals. You appreciate variety, as the role involves both national and international travel. A valid driver's license (Category B) is therefore required. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and it is an advantage if you speak additional languages. We consider it an asset if you have worked as a ground combat officer OR/OF and an instructor on grenade launchers, along with previous experience in planning and leading live-fire exercises. Technical skills and knowledge of other weapon systems are further advantageous.
