About the Position This is a full-time consultant assignment initially lasting approximately 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. Job Responsibilities In this role, you will work in customer support for the Property Owner Entrance; the customer interface responsible for Telia's fiber agreements with property owners, housing associations, communities, and city networks. In this position, you will be responsible for providing the best possible service to customers and offering Telia's services and products from the property owner portfolio. Your main tasks include receiving incoming customer calls, handling questions about orders, contracts, and other matters, and placing orders to meet customer needs. Furthermore, you will create added value for customers by offering relevant additional services from the service portfolio for existing agreements. You will listen to what the customer wants and act accordingly to always provide an excellent customer experience. You will work in close dialogue with your colleagues, together forming a strong team. • Respond to incoming customer calls • Find solutions to customer questions and problems • Offer relevant additional services to create added value Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Completed high school education • Experience in customer support via telephone; experience with business customers is considered meritorious • Good computer and system skills • Good Swedish language skills, both verbal and written We are looking for someone who enjoys providing excellent service to both customers and colleagues.
