Job responsibilities In the role of customer support at Lundaman, you will be an important part of the team and a valued contact for the company's customers. The majority of your daily tasks will involve providing quick, professional, and personalized phone support, where you will receive calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customers step by step to solutions. You will also carefully follow up on cases to ensure that each customer feels seen, secure, and well taken care of. The work also includes technical and administrative tasks, such as preparing installation parts, manufacturing cables, programming printers, documenting in the CRM system, and managing inventory and material flows. Once you have settled into the role, there is also the opportunity to participate in fieldwork, providing variety, practical experience, and a chance to further develop your skills. • Provide customer support via phone, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers to solutions • Follow up on cases and ensure that each customer feels secure and well taken care of • Perform technical and administrative tasks, such as assembly, cable manufacturing, programming, documentation, and inventory management • Participate in fieldwork as needed for practical experience and skill development Education, experience, and personal qualities • Experience in customer support or another equivalent service-oriented role; technical support experience is a plus • Strong technical interest • Good computer and system skills • Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written • A valid driver's license (B) is advantageous To thrive in the customer support role at Lundaman, it is important that you are attentive and skilled at handling people.
