About the Role
In this role, you'll work with the entire customer journey – from first contact to follow-up. You'll handle both simpler and more complex cases, which means you'll constantly learn and grow in the position. Your days will vary between receiving customer inquiries, administering orders, and ensuring smooth system operations.
Here are some examples of what you'll do:
• Take responsibility for customer cases from start to finish
• Quality assure and update customer information
• Work with quotes, order placement, and price adjustments
• Manage deliveries, complaints, and deviations
• Collaborate with colleagues in other teams to solve more complex issues
We're Looking for Someone Who
We're seeking someone who likes structure, enjoys working with people, and gets energy from helping others. You are detail-oriented, communicative, and willing to take initiative when something needs solving.
• Has experience in customer-related work, such as customer service, order administration, or support
• Speaks Swedish and English fluently, both verbally and in writing
• Enjoys a role with high activity and strong team spirit
You'll also need to work on-site in Lidköping with a start time of 07:00. Free parking is available for those who drive.

About the Position
This is a consultant assignment starting no later than after the turn of the year. You'll be employed by OIO and work at our client in Lidköping. The need is for at least 6 months until summer 2026, with ambition for extension provided both parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
