About the Role
In this position, you will work with the entire customer journey – from first contact to follow-up. You'll handle both simple and more complex cases, which means you'll constantly learn and grow in the role. Your days will alternate between receiving customer inquiries, administering orders, and ensuring smooth system operations.
Here are some examples of what you will do:
• Take full responsibility for customer cases from start to finish
• Quality assure and update customer information
• Work with quotes, order placement, and price adjustments
• Handle deliveries, complaints, and deviations
• Collaborate with colleagues from other teams to solve complex issues
We Are Looking for Someone Who
We seek someone who likes structure, enjoys interacting with people, and gets energy from helping others. You are meticulous, communicative, and eager to take initiative when something needs solving.
• Has experience in customer-related work, such as customer service, order administration, or support
• Speaks Swedish and English fluently, both verbally and in writing
• Thrives in a role with lots of activity and strong team spirit
You'll also need to work on-site in Halmstad with a start time of 07:00. Free parking is available for those who drive.

About the Employment
This is a consultant assignment starting no later than after the turn of the year. You'll be employed by OIO and work at our client in Halmstad. The need is for at least 6 months until summer 2026, with the intention of extension if both parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
