You will provide both existing and potential customers with warm and professional service via phone and email. With attentiveness and proactivity, you will respond to inquiries, anticipate needs, create personalized quotes, manage schedule changes, and follow up to ensure our customers are completely satisfied. Additionally, you will actively take the initiative to contact potential customers based on inquiries and leads. Travel and overnight stays may occur, especially in connection with internal training. The team currently consists of several internal employees, as well as Team Leaders and Service Assistants.
