About the Position
Our customer's technical support team needs to expand their staff further, and you will be part of the Customer Experience department. As a Danish-speaking support employee, you will support patients and partners using medical technical aids. You will also be responsible for handling complaints and providing technical support, working proactively with users. The role involves extensive internal and external contact regarding the company's products and addressing any questions. You will receive inquiries via both phone and email.

About You
We are looking for someone who has previously worked in a service function with telephone and computer experience. You have a technical interest and a good ability to guide customers in a pedagogical manner. You will have daily contact with users, so your sense of going the extra mile is crucial. You are communicative and focused on good collaboration. We believe you are solution-oriented and approach challenges positively. You must speak and write Danish fluently as you will be working with Danish customers.
Qualifications
To thrive in the role, you have good computer skills. It is an advantage if you have worked with Google Suite, Salesforce, and Navision. It is also important that you are unpretentious, driven, solution-oriented, and contribute your competence, experience, and positive energy to the team.
• Experience from a service function with the telephone as the primary work tool
• Good system proficiency
• Fluent Danish, as well as Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Additional Nordic language skills are meritorious
Position Details
This is a 6-month consultant assignment with very good chances of extension, with working hours Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. The office is located in bright, fresh premises centrally in Bromma/Alvik. We prefer you to start as soon as possible but will consider any notice period.
