About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded individual to work in remote customer support and housing communication. In this role, you will assist our members and property owners with everything from emails and chat to posting housing listings. You will also contact property owners, follow up on interest inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between parties. You will become an important part of our team that helps people find their next home faster every day. 🧩 Your Responsibilities • Respond to emails and direct messages from customers and property owners • Help new users understand how our housing service works • Publish and update housing listings in our system • Maintain contact with property owners and follow up on interest requests • Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience 💡 We Are Looking for Someone Who • Is communicative, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping others • Has good computer skills and can express themselves well in writing in Swedish • Is self-motivated and comfortable working in a structured manner • Has experience in customer service, administration, or similar (meritorious but not required) 🌍 We Offer • Remote work – work from wherever you want • Flexible working hours • An engaged and positive work environment • Opportunity to grow with an expanding company in the housing sector
