This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 12 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment as a consultant.

**Responsibilities**
In the role of customer support at Öppen Fiber, you will work closely with the company’s residential and business customers and be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will handle cases of varying scope and complexity related to fiber installations, order placements, operator changes, billing inquiries, and complaints. Your primary tools are phone and email, and your focus is always on providing quick, clear, and professional service.
The tasks are varied, and you will have many points of contact both internally and externally. You will be part of a team of about ten people where collaboration and knowledge sharing are central. In Second Line Support, you will work with more complex cases, challenge existing routines, and contribute to developing processes that increase both resolution rates and customer satisfaction. You will also support your colleagues in their development and actively participate in improvement work to streamline workflows and reduce case volumes.
Öppen Fiber manages the entire chain in Telia's fiber business and continuously works to simplify and improve the customer journey – from installation to completed service – to make it easy, clear, and secure for customers.
**Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes**
- Completed upper secondary education
- Previous work experience, preferably in customer service/support
- You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English
- Technical interest is an advantage
You are good at communicating, challenging, and creating results. You are curious, creative, and have a strong interest in working with and for people, supporting your colleagues to continuously develop and improve.
