Scope: Full-time, scheduled 07:00-15:30 or 07:30-16:00
About the role as a customer service representative:
As a customer service representative at Gavlegårdarna, you will be part of a team of 16 people working with customer service at the reception, over the phone, and via chat. You will be the face of the organization, welcoming tenants and housing seekers in a friendly and professional manner. The role is varied and requires a passion for providing service and creating positive customer experiences.
Common tasks include:
* Answering inquiries about rentals and housing applications.
* Receiving questions from tenants and other stakeholders.
* Providing status updates on ongoing matters.
* Handling maintenance requests.
* Managing keys and access cards.
* Addressing payment issues, such as rent payments and optional orders.
* Drafting agreements for parking spaces and storage units.
* Managing terminations of housing, parking spaces, and storage units.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who is positive, communicative, and has a genuine interest in people. You have experience in customer service and enjoy working in an organization where the customer is at the center. Experience in the housing industry is a plus but not a requirement. To succeed in this role, you need to express yourself well in both spoken and written communication and have the ability to show empathy in all types of customer interactions.
We would like you to have:
* Experience in customer service.
* Strong communication skills and a sense of service.
* A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
* Good computer skills.
* A valid driver's license (B category).
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
