ABOUT THE POSITION
Academic Work is seeking a customer service representative for a large pension company at their office in central Stockholm. As a customer service representative, you will answer incoming calls from their customers. Therefore, we are looking for someone who loves talking on the phone and providing world-class service. Our client is one of Sweden's leading pension companies, and you will work in a professional team that puts the customer first.
This is a consultancy assignment; you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at AMF. The assignment will be full-time and last for 3 months, with a possibility of extension.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a customer service representative, you will handle incoming calls from customers and answer simpler questions related to our client's pension system.

- Has previous work experience in customer service
- Enjoys working with the phone as the primary tool
- Is available to start on January 12
- Has completed upper secondary education
