Employment Terms • Start Date: December 8, 2025 for 6 months forward • Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 • Employment Degree: 97.5% • Location: Solna Strand with excellent public transportation connections • Salary: We offer competitive compensation in accordance with current collective agreements, which means a monthly salary of 23,847 SEK for a full-time position About the Role As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing professional support to our customers via telephone and administrative case management. • Answer incoming customer calls • Provide personal and professional service • Help customers with questions about products, services, and invoices • Work in various systems to register and follow up on cases • Collaborate with other departments to find the best solutions for customers We Are Looking for Someone Who: • Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Has at least high school education or equivalent • Has a positive attitude and enjoys interacting with people • Is meticulous, solution-oriented, and has a good understanding of routines and rules • Has previous experience with customer contact, preferably via telephone • Has good system and computer skills Meriting Factors • Experience from service professions such as customer service, advisory, retail, healthcare, or similar • Previous work in customer-facing roles involving interaction with customers, clients, or users Great Importance is Placed on Personal Characteristics We are seeking someone who is engaged, responsible, and motivated by creating truly excellent customer experiences every day.
