KONE's history in Sweden dates back to 1887 when the first hydraulic passenger elevator was installed in Stockholm by Graham Brothers, which was later incorporated into KONE. Your Role
We now have an exciting opportunity for you to become an important part of the KONE team in Kista! We are currently seeking an engaged and confident customer service/emergency call center representative who will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and secure communication with our customers. This exciting role offers a long-term consulting assignment through Clevry, and you will be a key person in managing important calls and situations.
Your work will be varied and dynamic. You will be the first line of contact for KONE's corporate clients and condominium associations regarding fault reports and other inquiries. Additionally, you will play a critical role in handling emergency calls from individuals in crisis situations, such as being trapped in elevators or similar scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and assess security situations while providing clear and relevant instructions for managing these issues.
• Follow and drive cases all the way until they have been handed over and accepted by technicians.
Start: Immediate
Scope: Full-time, 100%
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Office: Kista
This is a consulting assignment through Clevry for initially 12 months, with very good prospects for extension.
