Customer Service Representative Wanted at Hemfint Group in Kristianstad
Hemfint Group, consisting of the successful e-commerce companies Hemfint, Outl1, and Trendrum, is now seeking an engaged customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative with us, you will play a central role in our operations. Your primary tasks will include answering customer inquiries via phone and email, providing customers with detailed product information, and handling orders and complaints with professionalism and care. You will also be responsible for various administrative tasks and case management, which requires precision and efficiency.
We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Your service-oriented approach and genuine willingness to help customers are crucial for this role. We value your ability to handle different types of cases and solve problems creatively. Flexibility and the ability to work at a high pace are important qualities, as well as good computer skills.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period. Work will be on-site during the day, at our office in central Kristianstad, and customer service will be relocated to Broby in the future, where we have our central warehouse. The salary range for this position is 24,000 to 25,000 SEK per month, and you need to be available to start employment in the first week of December.
