You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at DHL Freight. There are good opportunities for assignment extension. DHL Freight's customer service in Växjö is responsible for all customer service regarding domestic transportation. In total, they are around 140 employees, and the Frontline department consists of 90 employees who value good community. Job Responsibilities In the role of customer service employee, you will be responsible for receiving, managing, and administering incoming cases via phone, email, and chat. The cases involve inquiries before, during, and after transportation from customers located throughout Sweden. You will have contact with both business customers and private individuals, with the key focus on finding the right solution and providing good service. Furthermore, you will closely collaborate with other customer service functions and DHL Freight to strengthen bonds and cooperation, aimed at continuous improvement. Initially, you will be offered an introduction to create understanding of the company's working methods and systems. Here you'll have the opportunity to develop together with your department and the entire customer service team. DHL Freight has divided customer questions into different knowledge areas, which means you'll start by learning one knowledge area and then build upon it. Together with colleagues, you'll help and support each other. Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Completed high school education or equivalent • Good computer and system skills • Fluent in both Swedish and English, speaking and writing • Previous work experience in customer service or other customer-facing roles is meritorious We are looking for someone with good communication skills who enjoys collaboration. Since availability and customer interaction are crucial for delivering a positive customer experience, we seek someone motivated to provide excellent service and who is a good listener. As the work requires high structure and order, you should be detail-oriented, comfortable working in data and system environments, able to prioritize, and solution-focused. It is also important that you can handle varied work pace and are flexible as workload may fluctuate.
