About this role
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a customer service representative on our team, you will work in beautiful premises in the old chocolate factory in Kalmar. A typical day involves working closely with your team and resolving customer problems through incoming calls from both Swedish and Norwegian customers. You will perform basic hardware troubleshooting and tailor custom solutions based on each customer's needs to maximize customer satisfaction. You will work both independently and together with your team to achieve set goals in customer satisfaction, call time, and upselling.
We have sales competitions and themed weeks. During some weeks, we provide breakfast and lunch all week and organize fun activities and contests in the office. Additionally, we offer you 3,500 SEK per year in wellness benefits, a collective agreement with Unionen, and uncapped commission. You will also receive paid training to provide you with a solid foundation before you start.
WHO ARE YOU?
Concentrix and you are a good match if you want to develop skills in customer interaction and service - no prior experience in this area is necessary. You should be curious about upselling and possess the will to customize an excellent and optimal solution for each customer. We consider previous experience in sales and/or customer service a strong merit. Furthermore, you are someone who thrives in a goal and results-oriented environment, has a strong drive to care for customers, and is a good listener with a professional and trustworthy approach.
In addition, you need to have completed high school with approved grades in Swedish 1 and English 5 and be able to work from our office at Borgmästaregatan 5.

Employment Type: Full-time, ongoing. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
Working Hours: Varied during opening hours Mon-Fri 08:00-19:00 and Sat-Sun 10:00-19:00
Location: On-site at our modern office in Kalmar, Borgmästaregatan 5.
