We are now seeking an engaged customer service representative for a full-time temporary position.
In the customer service role, you will help customers with their inquiries. You will handle incoming calls from corporate and private customers and provide customer support via email. Administrative tasks such as order management and case handling will be part of your daily work. You will be part of a team of ten people in customer service, with work during daytime hours.
Gästrike Återvinnare is a development-oriented organization with high expertise in sustainable waste management. About You
We are looking for someone with high service orientation and the ability to professionally interact with people, both on the phone and in writing. You are responsible and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively in a team. The work involves contact with customers and colleagues, so it's important that you have excellent communication skills, are social, proactive, and efficient under pressure. As a municipal operation, it's crucial that you can understand legislation and regulations to pedagogically address our customers' concerns.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- High school education
- Good computer skills
- Comfort managing multiple systems simultaneously
- Several years of experience in customer service or similar service roles
- Experience with administrative tasks, preferably case handling
- Problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Customer-focused mindset
Bonus points for system knowledge in Lime or BFUS.
