About the Customer Service Representative Position at Telenor Customer Service As a customer service representative, you are a crucial part of our organization: being there for customers and supporting them in their digital everyday life to ensure they can stay connected with what matters most. Whether it's mobile, tablet, broadband, or TV, your role is to ensure every customer has the best possible solutions for their life. You'll answer incoming calls from Telenor customers and help with everything from subscriptions, invoices, and troubleshooting. At the same time, you'll work on upselling – proposing services that improve and simplify the customer's digital life in a responsive and trustworthy manner. Your Goal: Satisfied customers with smart solutions that truly make a difference in everyday life. No previous experience required – we'll provide a complete introduction and training.
