**About the Position**
We are currently seeking a customer service representative with experience in pension-related matters for a consulting assignment with one of our friendly clients located in central Stockholm, starting immediately and lasting for 6 months. There is a strong possibility of extension thereafter.
**Responsibilities**
In this role, you will assist customers over the phone, who have a significant understanding of pensions. You will receive support from wonderful colleagues in the team. Your tasks will include:
- Handling incoming customer contacts via phone
- Providing professional and personalized service in all customer interactions
- Answering questions and resolving issues related to the company's products
In this role, you will also work administratively on various aspects related to pension issues when you are not on the phone with customers.
**Suitable Background**
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education and experience in pension administration. You should also have a background in service, and prior experience using the phone as a work tool is an advantage.
