About the position
As a customer service representative, your role is crucial for providing excellent customer experiences and successful service. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with engaged and meaningful service, creating well-tailored solutions to meet their needs.
You will:
• Answer incoming customer calls and address their needs with professionalism and commitment
• Work administratively in various systems with tasks such as emails, chats, and case management
• Conduct upselling in some of our departments
• Offer tailored solutions to build valuable and long-term customer relationships
• Work towards set goals and receive continuous support and feedback from your leader

Job requirements:
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good command of English
• Computer literate
