ABOUT THE POSITION:
The role involves working with the customer service team to help customers via phone, email, social media, and chat. You will handle various inquiries about their products and services and ensure customers receive assistance through dealerships. Scope: Full-time, ongoing (consultant assignment via Workz)
Working Hours: Office hours (hybrid work possible once you're settled in the role)
