**Customer Service Employee of World-Class – For our facility in Ockelbo**
Our core business is providing rental and laundry solutions primarily to the healthcare and hospitality sectors. We offer our customers items such as bed linen, terry towels, and staff clothing, all in a circular flow. In addition to rental solutions, we also provide ancillary services in the form of smart logistics solutions. The facility serves approximately 750 customers, and we are over 110 employees. One of our customer service representatives is retiring, and we are now searching for our new star.
**The Position**
As a customer service representative, you are a self-driven and engaged person who is passionate about providing service, nurturing our existing customers, and driven by making good business. You are prepared to be the hub that keeps collaboration among departments functioning, ultimately ensuring world-class service and communication to all our customers. You will have significant customer contact and juggle many tasks, requiring high energy and a strong drive.
More specifically, the role of a customer service representative includes:
• Handling incoming inquiries from customers and providing fantastic service
• Serving as a support and service function for all customers at the facility
• Informing customers about all our product areas and new offerings
• Collaborating with sales, production, distribution, and warehousing
• Managing complaints, billing, and credits
• Ongoing administrative tasks such as order management, contract registration, updating price lists, etc.
