We are looking for someone to support a customer service center during a period of high demand. The assignment involves receiving incoming calls, registering cases, and providing basic information to customers. You will play a crucial role in creating a sense of security for users who call in, even when they are experiencing frustration or concern.
About the assignment:
- Two weeks, 100%, starting December 1
- Work will be conducted via phone.
- Focus on service, communication, and accurate case management.
- The assignment is on-site at the office in Malmö.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls.
- Create and update cases in the case management system.
- Provide information about ongoing service disruptions and estimated resolution times.
- Handle stressed or irritated customers calmly and professionally.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in customer service, preferably via phone.
- Communicates clearly and confidently.
- Is resilient under stress, patient, and service-oriented (important!).
- Has basic computer skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in telecommunications or technical support.
- Previous work with case management systems.
