About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at Bilia, you are a crucial part of our central customer service. We work in different teams – Firstline and Secondline – but with a shared desire to make a difference in every customer interaction.
In the role, you may work with:
• Receiving incoming customer calls, being Bilia's external voice, and providing professional guidance.
• Booking services, troubleshooting, damage assessments, and tire-related matters.
• Handling incoming chats.
• Proactively contacting customers to inform, book, or follow up – via phone.
We support each other during peak times to meet customer needs with high quality.

We Wish That You:
• Have at least a high school education and preferably experience in customer service, especially via phone.
• Are comfortable working in digital systems.
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
• Are structured, responsible, and flexible in your approach.
• Have a positive attitude, are helpful to both customers and colleagues, and enjoy working towards common goals.

Employment Type, Scope, Location
The position is a full-time employment located in Västerås, starting by agreement. The employment begins with a 6-month probationary period.
Working hours are scheduled on weekdays between 07:00–18:00, according to a rotating schedule.
