About the Position
This is a consultant assignment with planned start as soon as possible. You will be employed by OnePartnerGroup and work at our client – a well-known company with extensive experience in its industry.
The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a long-term assignment of approximately 1 year with potential for extension or direct hiring.
In the role of customer service representative, you will work extensively with customer contact and administration. You will handle orders, complaints, and delivery inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels. You will interact with both private and corporate customers and become an important part of an experienced customer service team.
Example Duties:
• Receive and manage customer orders, complaints, and delivery inquiries
• Register customer orders and follow up deliveries
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and web services
• Handle various customer cases and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high customer satisfaction

We are Looking for Someone Who Has:
• Experience in customer service, support, or administration
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English
• Good computer skills and experience with business or customer systems
Meriting Qualifications:
• Experience with e-commerce or digital customer channels
• Knowledge of SAP or similar business systems
