About this role

Are you interested in working in customer service in an exciting and developing environment? We are now seeking an engaged and service-oriented Customer Service Representative for an assignment with an international and market-leading company in Umeå. Here you will work in a broad customer service role together with a team characterized by strong cohesion, high competence, and job satisfaction. About the Position This is a consultant assignment with planned start as soon as possible. You will be employed by OnePartnerGroup and work at our client – a well-known company with extensive experience in its industry. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with a long-term assignment of approximately 1 year with potential for extension or direct hiring. In the role of customer service representative, you will work extensively with customer contact and administration. You will handle orders, complaints, and delivery inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels. You will interact with both private and corporate customers and become an important part of an experienced customer service team. Example Duties: • Receive and manage customer orders, complaints, and delivery inquiries • Register customer orders and follow up deliveries • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and web services • Handle various customer cases and administrative tasks • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high customer satisfaction Location: Umeå Scope: Full-time Start: Immediately About You We are seeking someone who is service-oriented, engaged, and solution-focused.
