We are now seeking new colleagues for DHL's customer service department in Jönköping!
The team consists of approximately 50 employees who handle all customer service for their international products. You will manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat – both from business customers and DHL offices across Europe. Questions relate to everything before, during, and after transport.
In the customer service role, you will:
• Handle inquiries from business customers and partners regarding international transports.
• Use systems to quickly provide service and resolve problems.
• Collaborate closely with other company functions to contribute to continuous improvements.
Your most important tools are the phone, computer, and your communication skills. You therefore need to be comfortable working in various systems and enjoy managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
To thrive and succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who:
• Has a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Has good computer and system proficiency.
• Communicates excellently in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
• Advantageous: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or similar area.
• Advantageous: Experience in the logistics industry.
