Job Description
As a customer service representative with us, you play a key role in creating a positive customer experience. You act as the vital link between our customers and salespeople, helping to ensure smooth and efficient processes. You handle inquiries related to business and objects, as well as support our salespeople in their daily tasks across Sweden. Your main responsibilities include receiving incoming calls, answering customer questions of both practical and technical nature, and managing administrative tasks related to business, such as reviewing advertisements, transport, and financing.
During calls, you identify customer needs and present the company's services to offer the best possible solution. Your goal is to deliver quick and professional service by resolving issues on the first contact.
Examples of tasks:
• Manage incoming calls and messages via email, SMS, and chat.
• Present solutions and respond to customer inquiries.
• Review and publish advertisements.
• Handle complaints.
