You will contribute to efficient processes and digital workflows while ensuring customer matters are handled professionally and systematically. In practice, this means receiving and following up on cases via a digital system, managing administrative tasks such as invoice documentation and purchases, and providing support for basic financial administration. You will also be a key part of developing new routines and tools. • Manage customer service and case handling in digital systems, including follow-up and documentation • Handle administrative tasks like invoicing, purchasing, and financial administration support • Contribute to implementation of new digital tools and working methods Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Experience in customer service and administrative work, preferably with case management • Good system proficiency and interest in digital tools; experience with case management systems is a plus • Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written • Meritorious: Experience with basic financial administration (invoice documentation, accounts) and purchasing We are seeking a positive, service-oriented, and structured candidate with a natural sense of order and quality. You should communicate and collaborate easily, while being able to take initiative and work independently when needed. The role requires flexibility and problem-solving skills, as workdays may involve rapid changes.
